We began the month of October with a new "Artist of the Month". This month we are studying Paul Cezanne. Cezanne painted over 170 still lifes (yes that is the correct way to say it) during his painting career. The students enjoyed creating their own still life using many of the same objects that Cezanne used, including fruits (we used apples and pumpkins for a fall theme), glass bottles, and leaves.
