From Mr. Sullivan...
The students gave great effort during the Turkey Trot. Many students surpassed their lap total from last year. I am once again impressed and touched by the generosity of the parents, students, faculty and administration of Paxton Center School. The Wachusett Food Pantry and its recipients are truly blessed by your kindness. As of the writing of the montly newsletter, you have helped raise $900.00 for those who have little to no food this holiday season. Thank you so very much.

Beginning in December, grades 5-8 will focus on the Components of Physical fitness and the F.I.T.T. principle. Grace 5 will focus on the definitions of each component and the F.I.T.T. principle. Grade 6 will build on what they learned last year and display their knowledge by performing strength training & flexibility exercises. Grades 7-8 will create/maintain a fitness plan in order to reach predetermined fitness goals (with the hope of improving October's fitness scores). Grades 1-2 will begin work on Manipulative Skills: throwing, catching, kicking, volleying, etc. Grades 3-4 will begin Mat Activities and Long Jump Rope work.
